KEY CANDIDATE ASSETS:
·  MRP / ERP operation
·  Plastic Molding & Mold Making background  
·  Manufacturing Material & Production Planning
·  Purchasing
 
Material & Production Planning:
·  Manage the accuracy and productivity of the day-to-day
   activities of Material Requirements for the Plant
·  Plan, Document and Publish Production Requirements
·  Develop, improve and maintain live Production Planning, Inventory
   & Materials Requirement system and reports
·  Provide financial analysis tools to evaluate company performance,
   capital expenditures, and production costs as needed
·  Achieve budget objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing
   variances, initiating corrective actions
 
Purchasing:
·  Manage the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the
   Purchasing Department
·  Provide Cost Analysis of Purchases
·  Develop Cost Savings strategy and plan for Material Purchases
   and Inventory

Desired Skills and Experience
 
·  Related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of
   education and experience. Bachelor's Degree [BA] from four-year
   College or University, preferred.
·  CPM
·  Manufacturing background including costing
·  Able to calculate figures and amounts for all bookkeeping, payroll,
   budgets, statistical analysis and probability statements while using
   the utmost discretion in all correspondence/presentations and
   communication for Staff, Management, and CEO.
·  Ability to communicate and coordinate all aspects of the business
   operations with Customers, Vendors, Employees and Management
·  Experience with Manufacturing ERP system required
·  Fluency in Microsoft Office [Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook]
   required. Experience with QuickBooks-Manufacturing or other
   accounting software needed.
